Initially, Immigration & Mobility struggled with a non-functional Wix page crafted by their team of immigration consultants. The company's online presence was virtually non-existent, offering little more than the founder's identity, a generic service outline, a basic contact form, and a Calendly scheduling link. Beyond this limited website, only the founder's LinkedIn profile provided any insight, leaving the company lacking in verifiability and trustworthiness, despite its certifications on government websites.
In the first phase of revitalization, a new website was developed using Joomla. This overhaul included a comprehensive breakdown of the firm's services, intuitive navigation for users, content restructuring for clarity, logo vectorization, corporate image creation, template design enhancements, and incorporation of real client testimonials and updated photography.
Subsequently, a Facebook fan page was established, featuring initial content for publications and guidance on managing and expanding social media presence. Participation in marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, along with promotion of free webinars, further bolstered the company's outreach efforts. After three years, the website underwent a design refresh to maintain relevance and appeal.
