The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Weeslab

REVISION POLICY

Depending on the package you choose, we offer revision services. Customers have the option to request unlimited revisions at no extra cost, as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

FAIR USAGE POLICY

Our commitment to providing unlimited revisions means that you can request up to a maximum of 30 revisions for a project without incurring any additional charges. Beyond this limit, additional revisions may come with extra costs to ensure that you get the most out of our services.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:

Our refund and cancellation policies are strategically crafted to ensure the utmost security for both the client and the company. The terms outlined below will be enforced in the event of an order cancellation, unless Amigo Web Studio cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, you are entitled to a full refund, with a deduction of a 10% processing fee. However, this policy does not apply if the initial designs have already been delivered or if revision requests have been made within the specified timeframe. Furthermore, please note that no refund requests due to a change of mind will be considered after the mentioned timeframe has passed.
  • In the event that a refund request is submitted before the delivery of the initial design(s), you will be eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you would qualify for a 66% refund, with a deduction of a 10% service and processing fee.
  • If a refund request is submitted between 48 to 120 hours after the initial design delivery, you would be eligible for a 33% refund, with a deduction of a 10% service and processing fee.
  • Please note that no refund requests will be considered after 120 hours have elapsed from the initial design delivery. However, we strongly believe in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any concerns or issues.
  • No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
  • Please be aware that no refund requests will be considered once the final files have been delivered.
  • Regarding our website packages, it's important to note that no refund requests will be accommodated once the website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed and is live.
  • In the case of our video animation packages, please be aware that no refund requests will be entertained once the storyboard design phase has been completed.
  • Any refund requests should be communicated to our support department. It's important to note that Amigo Web Studio, in accordance with the terms outlined in your user agreement, reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on an individual, case-by-case basis, typically based on any violations of the user agreement.
  • For Amigo Web Studio, the same refund policies applicable to single packages will also apply to custom packages.
  • As an example, if you've ordered both logo and web design services, and you approve the logo design, please note that you can only request a refund for the website service during the initial design phase of the website, not at a later stage.
  • To initiate a refund request, it's essential to provide a valid reason, which will be assessed against the design brief and customer feedback regarding revisions. Unless a design concept has not been aligned with the initial brief, a refund will not be granted; however, we will continue to offer further revisions until complete satisfaction is achieved.
  • Our money-back guarantee is contingent on the condition that an order is placed in good faith. If a customer has placed design orders with multiple design agencies for the same project with the intention of claiming a refund, we do not view this as acting in good faith. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • For all design projects, it is essential that customers actively participate and provide feedback before finalizing the design. This collaborative approach ensures that the customer's input is considered and incorporated to achieve the desired results.
  • Our 100% unique design guarantee allows for the redesign of a logo if it is discovered to be significantly similar to another pre-existing logo design. Any resemblance to an existing design will be regarded as purely coincidental, and Amigo Web Studio will not accept responsibility or liability for any claims or compensation in such cases. It is the client's responsibility to secure copyright for their artwork.

How to claim your refund:

We will make every effort to address your concern promptly through our revision policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund request from our refund department. It's important to note that following the refund, Amigo Web Studio will acquire the design rights, and you will not have permission to display any version of the design provided by the company. Please be aware of the following:

With the transfer of design rights to the company, you acknowledge and agree that you will have no rights, whether direct or indirect, to use any response or other content, work product, or media. Furthermore, you will not hold any ownership interest in or claim to these materials.

In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Amigo Web Studio may share Copyright Acquisition information for refunded designs, which will restrict the future reuse of these designs as original creations. My Account:

The "My Account" area serves as a convenient means of communication. It is your sole responsibility to regularly check the account area for addressing queries, concerns, or providing additional instructions to the designer. Failure to frequently check or use the Account Area will not provide sufficient grounds for a refund. However, if you are unsure about how to use this feature, please feel free to contact our customer support team at any time for assistance.

Reactivation Policy:

We will not process or refund any orders if the client remains non-responsive for a period of 45 days. However, if the client encounters a personal issue that affects their responsiveness, they can send us an email to request a project hold. Additionally, if the client is non-responsive for more than 45 days and wishes to re-initiate the project, there will be an additional caution fee of $150+tax applicable.

Third Party Terms of Use:

Some aspects of our services may make use of third-party vendors and business partners, which could include software, information, or other services. Some of these vendors and partners may necessitate that users who utilize these features agree to our terms and conditions. This clause outlines the third-party terms and conditions imposed by these vendors and business partners in relation to the features listed below. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these third-party terms and conditions. Please note that these third-party terms are subject to change at the discretion of the respective third party.

Customer Support:

We provide 24-hour from monday to thursday and Friday from 00:00am to 3:00pm customer support to assist you with your inquiries and questions. You can reach out to us during these support hours.

Communication Policy:

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Weeslab is not responsible for any correspondence originating from email addresses other than those associated with our domain, specifically "workaholic@weeslab.com," and any toll-free numbers not explicitly listed on our website. Weeslab should not be held liable for any damages resulting from such correspondence. We solely assume responsibility for communication conducted through email addresses under our own domain name or via phone numbers already mentioned on the Weeslab’s website.

Revision Policy:

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. The revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

Refund Policy:

Weeslab allows you to have your money back within 45 days of order placement & reserves the right to terminate this, at any time, with or without notice depending upon the scenario. This offer strictly implies that the refund is asked upon viewing the initial samples only; requesting revisions on the initial design work shall be regarded as a continuation of the project & will make this guarantee annulled. We rely on the customer’s prompt feedback during the design process to complete the task effectively and therefore hope that the customer gives proper feedback to get the desired results.

We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days; however, the client can email us to hold the project if there is some personal issue.

If the client wants to forfeit any part of the discounted package, the refund (if applicable) will be made for the whole package. For example; if the client has availed the discounted package for a Logo & Website and only wants to avail one service instead of both, he/she will not be applicable for any refund.

Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if the customer request additional revisions (1 or more design changes regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond promptly to a status notification from "Weeslab ".

In case of finalizing one part of the order, the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the remaining package.

24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.

No refund is available for design firms or those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. If an order cancellation request is posted before the delivery of the

initial concepts, you are eligible for a refund. In case of a duplicate charge, the 100% amount will be returned. If design requirements are not fulfilled, committed at the time of sale, or the designs are not delivered according to the delivery policy, though a proof is required for such commitment, a refund can be claimed. You agree that for bundle packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, Website, Social Media, and Brochure), the refund will be as per the services availed. If there is any discontinuation with a certain service included in the bundle package, then the refund must be claimed before initiating that service.

The following terms and conditions apply to all the services purchased by the client and provided by Weeslab.

On any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or a change is asked for unless Weeslab cancels or ends your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.

All refund requests will be as per the following arrangement:

You make a solicitation when the underlying ideas for a logo are provided. However, once you approve or ask for changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void, and a refund request will not be entertained.

Once the project has been entered into the revision phase, the refund offer will be void, and the refund request will not be entertained.

On the off chance that demand for a refund is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would qualify for a full refund (less 10% administration and preparing charge).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administration and preparing expense).

If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so you are requested to reach out to us to address your concerns.

No request for refund will be entertained after inaction by the customer after 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a certain fee contingent upon your venture.

No request for a refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive at any point in time for 5 working days.

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. Weeslab reserves the right to approve/reject any refund requests based on an individual case-to-case premise.

No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

For Website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages created with the client’s approval.

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. Weeslab, in light of the infringement of your user agreement, reserves all authority to affirm/object to your solicitation on an individual case to case premise.

For Weeslab /Custom bundles, a refund will be applied just as on the single packages.

For instance, if you request a logo and web design and approve of the logo, you are eligible for the refund of the website service at the time of initial design only.

A refund request should have a legitimate reason which must be qualified against the outline brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been composed as per the brief, a refund will not be approved; however, a discount won’t be given. However, further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.

It is also to be noted that, under any circumstances, both parties Weeslab & Client) agree not to attack/criticize each other and any of its employees, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any given time during or after the contract period. Similarly, both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media platform in a way that brings a bad name to either party or any of its employees, associate, or partner. In case of a breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

Money-Back Guarantee depends on that the request is set per some basic honesty. Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job, intending to claim a refund, Weeslab does not consider this to be good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.

All design jobs require client input before finishing the design, so it is requested that the customer be active throughout the process and give feedback to get the required results.

100% unique design guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by Weeslab is found to be considerably similar to another design that already exists. Any likeness to a current outline will be just a fortuitous event, and Weeslab won’t acknowledge any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. After finalization of logo it needs to go through the registration process in order to have complete ownership and 100% rights over the logo.

The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and any other instructions for the designer. Failure to actively check my account section may become a cause of hindrance in your perusal of a refund. If you are unsure of how to use the My Account area, please get in touch with customer support at any time for prompt assistance.
